Dr Athena Lim graduated from Murdoch University, Australia in 2018 and has been practicing veterinary medicine with a focus in exotics in Singapore since. During her university days Dr Athena developed a strong interest and passion in both avian and exotics medicine, which led her to volunteering and interning at different exotics clinics and zoos in Asia-pacific countries. Dr Athena was awarded The Unusual Pet Vet Prize by Murdoch University for her outstanding interest and commitment in exotics medicine when she graduated.
Dr Athena strives to provide the best care to all her patients, which she can be seen continually attending veterinary professional development courses regularly. Since graduation she has completed several courses, including Rabbit and Rodent Dentistry, Basic Ultrasonography, Exotics and Avian Medicine. This year, she is in the midst of completing an emergency medicine course.
