Can I bring my pet in without an appointment during an emergency?

Upon arrival, our team will conduct a triage assessment to determine the urgency of your pet’s condition. Patients in critical condition will be prioritized for immediate care. We appreciate your patience as we provide the best possible care for all pets.

Call us immediately. If possible, bring the packaging or note what was ingested. The sooner we assess your pet, the better we can intervene and provide treatment.

Yes, if possible, calling us before you arrive allows our team to prepare for your pet’s arrival and provide any guidance needed on the way.

Hospitalization & Treatment

What happens if my pet needs to be hospitalized?

If hospitalization is required, we will provide you with a clear explanation of your pet’s condition, the recommended treatments, and financial estimation. We understand that this can be a stressful time and we will keep you updated throughout your pet’s stay.

Yes, we encourage visits whenever possible. Standard visiting hours are daily from 4:30pm to 6pm  However, the timing of visits may depend on your pet’s condition and treatment schedule. Our team will provide guidance on the best times to visit.

We will provide regular updates via phone, and you are always welcome to contact us if you have any concerns or questions.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Atome payment. If your pet requires hospitalization, an initial deposit is required, and we will provide you with an estimated cost breakdown.

Aftercare & Follow-Up

What aftercare support is provided once my pet is discharged?

Before your pet is discharged, we will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions, including medication schedules, dietary recommendations, and activity restrictions. If you have any concerns once your pet is home, our team is available to assist you.

Yes, we encourage continued care with your primary veterinarian. We will share all necessary records and treatment details with them to ensure your pet’s ongoing well-being.
