This may also including of recording of the triage and questions raised during consultation to assess patient history and health which may be used for automatic transcription with/without AI based application.

• Managing veterinary appointments, referrals, diagnostics, surgeries, hospitalisations, and aftercare.

• Processing payments, issuing invoices and receipts.
